Rowan County Arts Center:
Dive into our literary arts show in the alls of the Rowan County Arts Center, featuring artists responding to Appalachian literature. Learn from our workshop leader authors in a variety of writing courses. Stop by the lawn on your way out to visit our selection of vendors, sponsors, and publisher tables. Buy literary merchandise, connect with various publishers and imprints in the industry, and learn more about the goings-on in the region.
Hindman Settlement School:
Talk with Hindman Settlement School inside the Rowan County Arts center to glean information on one of our region's central writing hubs.
Friends of Rodburn Hollow Park:
Walk with author Ann Colbert in the cozy Rodburn Hollow Park and learn more about Rowan County and literary arts in our region.
Sawstone Brewing Co:
Treat your tastebuds to a special literary themed craft beer brewed locally in Morehead.
Pop upstairs to meet with Sawstone Poets, a local poetry coalition.
Listen to live musicians outside on the Battson-Oates Entertainment District stage — they've all got books, too!
The Stargazer Lounge:

Rowan County Public Library:
